My name is Steven Saham
In 2018 I was set to graduate the University of Michigan with a degree in Classical Civilizations and like many humanities students, I wasn't too sure about my next move. Then, one day at the gym, my mentor and now business partner Justin, who is an aviation executive, recommended I get my Part 107 Remote Pilot License. Since then I have been exploring the emerging world of Drones and sharing what I've learned with my students. In my experience no matter their age, background or interests, some aspect of drone technology always captures my students' attention. Now my mission is to take the expertise I have gathered and share this truly enriching STEAM experience across the country!

One thing that always bothered me in school was when a teacher could not answer the question: Why are we learning this?! My YouTube channel is my response to this question from any of my students. Steven Drones On videos present the cutting-edge of Drone Technology in an entertaining and engaging way for people of all ages. Modern education must take into account the reality that students have the entire internet at their fingertips, and my channel does just that.
I use Drone Technology as a vehicle to explore all sorts of topics ranging from Product Design, Modern Infrastructure, Geopolitics, Art, and more! Share my videos with your students to discover the magic of drones in the classroom.
